16/12/2025: Golden Elephant in Douglas is a fantastic spot for authentic Thai food with a simple, flavourful menu. The Tom Yum soup is outstanding and full of bold taste. The spicy peppercorn wok fry and ginger tofu & veg stir-fry are absolutely delicious. Udon noodles were perfectly cooked and very satisfying. The food is worth every penny.
03/12/2025: Still exceptional πŸ‘ Have not been here for years as moved away from city. Remains one of the best places to eat and worth the drive into Cork, all tables full on a Tuesday which is a good sign. Every dish cooked and presented perfectly

31/10/2025: The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. This pub is amazing; its decor takes you back to the days of the pharmacy. A nice wine list and delicious small plates to accompany your drinks.
