Cryans Hotel in Carrick-on-shannon

10/08/2026: Every single member of staff was amazing, they were all so upbeat and made sure that we were comfortable and gave the dog some love and attention, making sure she had a bowl of water and giving her a pup cup and a treat. Everything was freshly made on site and you could purchase plenty of items in their farm shop. Definitely recommend this local business!!!

09/08/2026: We stopped off here on the way to Donegal from co. Waterford. We had a delicious chicken salad and a beef burger with chips. The prices were extremely reasonable for the quality. Decent coffee and cake too. A lovely convenient stop off if you're traveling up the N4. Update: we stopped off again on the way home, and again had the delicious roast chicken salad followed by the most amazing locally made chocolate ice cream.. this was off the scale delicious. And in a gorgeous covered outdoor seating area surrounded by lovely lush plants. This place is genius! Can you guys please open a branch in co. Donegal? It would be an incredible and much needed addition to a spectacularly beautiful county.
