Danaghers Hotel in Conga

Love this place , lovely atmosphere, Thomas the Barman is a real gem he will always greet the customers with a big smile or his cheeky wink if his hands are full , he alone makes the place welcoming and Ann a bar lady here also you couldn’t hope for a nicer greeting from either one , NO COMPLAINTS , and the people of Cong and Mayo in general are DECENT welcoming people , so definitely give Danaghers a visit , my feeling is you shouldn’t regret it Clint and Anna

The best night we had during our Irish trip ! Great staff, great atmosphere, great people, great Guinness ! Ça va très bien ! :)

We enjoyed live music here while enjoying a Guinness. The waiter was very friendly, and it was a very pleasant atmosphere.

Stayed here on 14/8/2025 lovely hotel with nice clean rooms, lovely dinner,check in staff very nice and friendly, lovely lad there with blonde hair I didn't get his name but he was the best so friendly and helpful with everything even carried our bags to the room, unfortunately the girl serving our breakfast wasn't so nice,we didn't even get a good morning all she did was pointed to a table and said you can sit there not another word and banged everything onto the table,the other downside was we were at the front of the hotel and from around 6 in the morning it's very noisy with traffic

Very good hotel. Guaranteed atmosphere in the evenings, very warm welcome, pleasant staff...

We were very well received in this typical South Connemara pub restaurant. The price/quality ratio was very good and the waiter was very attentive. A very nice place to stop for a quiet break before hitting the road again 🍀👍

We came for food, it was high quality food and delicious the chef is very good. Everything was freshly made. Kids menu was very good. The stake was really good and beef pie.

A great stop in the city! Polite staff and fast service. Good prices and satisfying portions. Tasty dishes and a wide selection of drinks. The girls were very good at serving us! A very good choice if someone is in the area

We where there on the 9th and 19th of June very friendly hotel and the staff where great rooms where very clean and spacious the only down side was the stairs as my wife and myself are disabled how ever if they had hand rails on the left had side it would have helped a great deal however it didn't spoil our break will be back
