The Crowe's Nest in Conga

We were staying in the adjacent Premier Inn so had both our evening meal and breakfast in The Crows Nest. Food was great for pub grub. The service was faultless and the staff were fantastic. The restaurant is looking very tired and tatty but given the fact that it's probably closing soon and is for sale, I'm not surprised. It will be a shame to see it go if that's the case as it's been a local favourite for decades.

Use this venue for an early meal on the afternoon menu to get the best value out of it.

Excellent value for money. Where else can you get a continental AND a fry with unlimited tea and coffee for £12?! Local people will miss this when it’s gone.

Went for breakfast. Good value plenty of choice and as much as you can eat. Staff friendly and efficient though sometimes they are thin on the ground. Continental and toast cereals etc are a buffet and you get your own unlimited drinks . Cooked food served at the table and you can order as much as you want

Service was quick and food was nice but I thought the portions were a little small considering the price you pay, overall was a lovely pub and would recommend if your not too hungry ☺️

It really is not good value for money. It's the same old thing. Less food on the plate but with inflated prices.

I was passing through Tring on my journey from Aylesbury to Ipswich and needed to find some dinner. What a spectacular find 🎉 The wings for the starter were fabulous, the mixed grill was cooked to perfection, the steak was perfectly medium rare unlike a lot of places where they are either boot leather over cooked or still mooing at you 🤣🤣🤣 The highlight of my meal was the chocolate orange bread and butter pudding, outstanding 🥳🥳🥳 The hostesses were attentive and very polite, the views from the garden were fantastic 🙌🤝🙏
