08/08/2026: My wife and I had a really nice dinner at Solas. The Spanish-inspired dishes made with local Irish seafood were unique, interesting, and very well done. It was a great change of pace from some of the more traditional seafood spots in Dingle, while still highlighting the quality of the local ingredients. Who knew tapas and Irish seafood would get along so well? Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for something a little different.

30/07/2026: Lovely cosy restaurant, serving remarkable, surprising, excellent food! The baked Alaska Dingle cheese tart was fantastic and the potato and olive oil cake was divine. Beautiful, thought-through menu with lovely wines. And super friendly service! Highly recommended (make sure you book).
