My wife and I had a really nice dinner at Solas. The Spanish-inspired dishes made with local Irish seafood were unique, interesting, and very well done. It was a great change of pace from some of the more traditional seafood spots in Dingle, while still highlighting the quality of the local ingredients. Who knew tapas and Irish seafood would get along so well? Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for something a little different.

Lovely cosy restaurant, serving remarkable, surprising, excellent food! The baked Alaska Dingle cheese tart was fantastic and the potato and olive oil cake was divine. Beautiful, thought-through menu with lovely wines. And super friendly service! Highly recommended (make sure you book).

This restaurant was fine, but the food was not as tasty as we expected. Nothing went wrong, perhaps we just had high expectations coming in. Our favorite dish was the grilled sourdough bread, which we started with. The other dishes were lackluster. I’m not sure it was worth the cost.

The food and service was very good. Unfortunately the portion sizes were very small for the prices charged, so overall it didn't feel like great value for money.

Amazing place. Best food we’ve had in Ireland by far. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. Highly recommend.

Solas is a beautiful little restaurant. The food is faultless, it's a romantic, cosy but classy vibe and we'd absolutely go back to try more of their dishes. We highly recommend for a real treat.

Good experience and lovely staff although I asked for a dish made vegan and it came with ricotta on it. Thought they had a vegan menu too but didn’t on the day

The focus on small plates, expertly crafted and creatively plated, means the kitchen staff are paying attention to the smallest details. There is nowhere to hide. Every dish we tried was memorable.
