My husband and I had dinner here with friends. This was our first visit and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing and the portion sizes were extremely generous. There is a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with beautiful decor. The staff are friendly and efficient. Our main courses were so large that we took home the leftovers, and were delighted to find that they were equally tasty when reheated the next day!! You need to be mobile to eat here as the only access is via a steep set of stairs. A similarly steep set of stairs is the only way to the toilets (which are shared with the adjoining pub). There is something on the menu to suit all tastes, and I will definitely eat here again.
First time to go to this restaurant and I would never return. From trying to get a bottle of wine to the mains....... My friend had the name of the wine and could even describe the bottle and even the manager didn't know it.. I got chicken korma and it was so spicy I couldn't eat it and the nam bread was just pure dough.. I could not recommend the restaurant at all.
