DeVille's in Dublin

Had a nice meal with my sister, I had slow cooked pork, while tender and well presented, something was lacking, my sisters had the best burger ever and prawn and pasta was was also lovely, service excellent, lovely staff. I had a banoffee pie for dessert, lovely presentation, unfortunately too much caramel, banana finly chopped you could just about taste it. Would be lovely if the balance was right. Saying that will definitely go back

Our favourite meal out, while staying in Dalkey. We dropped by without a reservation and we were quickly shown to a table in the window. Despite it being a Monday evening in October, it was great to see the restaurant busy and buzzing with atmosphere. Both food and service were excellent. I was particularly pleased with the separate vegetarian/vegan menu; normally I find I'm limited to one 'choice' and here I had several. A great dining experience all round.

Gorgeous, atmospheric restaurant in the heart of beautiful Dalkey. Great menu and with a separate vegan menu also which is super considering it's a steak and seafood restaurant. Wonderful ambience with lovely art Deco styling and proper napkins! The service is excellent, really attentive staff and great attention to detail. Would recommend to book well ahead as it's always busy. Good transport links to Dalkey if you fancy a glass of wine as the DART is a two minute walk away. If you're driving you can park overnight (24 hrs) on the DART carpark for only €3.50 and collect your car next day :).

DeVille's was recommended to us by our local friends we met at Finnegan's Pub. You know it's a good sign when no tables are available, then the reservation you're able to make is for a seat at the bar. The food did not disappoint. I enjoyed the lobster special they were running which was a hat tip to the lobster festival in Dalkey that weekend. It was delicious. My daughter and husband both had steaks which, according to them, were fantastic. We enjoyed tasty drinks as well.

Just my favourite place in Dalkey. Great food, amazing atmosphere. A perfect bistro, especially if you get the chopped salad.

It was an anniversary dinner, just the two of us. The food was beautiful and the atmosphere great. A busy intimate place. Service was top notch. The owners are front of house and that to my mind always makes a big difference. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Excellent evening and great service

This is a gem in Dalkey. The food is always really delicious, the menu is extensive. The wine choice is excellent too. If it’s a nice day the tables outside are fab for people watching. We’ve eaten here loads of times and we’ve always enjoyed.
