DiFontaine's Pizzeria in Dublin

05/08/2025: No prawns, which is my favourite dish at Zizzi. Service slow to take order/get bill but food came out quickly

30/07/2025: We went for lunch as a falll back choice as the restaurant we had picked was closed that day. The service was ok, the pizza were nice but the base was extremely thin, stretched to its maximum for both classic pizza and "rustic" ones (more expensive, meant to have more dough), great if you like paper thin pizza base. I had the king prawn linguine which were a plate of tomato sauce linguini with 5 small king prawn, 2 slices of chili, a tiny bit of courgette ribbons and a couple of rocket leaves.....we ordered a large plate of calamari to share, it was nearly €20 and the plate came with 2 small handful of calamari strips and a small bowl of sauce. Nothing else. I wonder what the small plate looks like....Highly overpriced compare to the quality and quantity of the food received.
