The chowder and fish n chips are both salty and greasy. Don't eat it again. The fish n chips everywhere are the same.

Great fish and chips. My oldest son had the deluxe burger which looked and according to him was excellent. Lemon Sole was a favorite of my wife.

Service wasn’t very good. Took ages to get someone to our table to order drinks and food. There were only 2 tables at the time we arrived so it wasn’t because they were busy inside. Food was very bland and just not good. Food was VERY oily. Portion sizes were ok. Kinda pricey for what you get. Nice atmosphere. I wouldn’t go back.

We were exploring Kinsale and walked past this restaurant when it was closed. After seeing all the awards on the walls we promised to come back for lunch. And thank goodness we did. The best fish of a fish and chips set we've had so far in Ireland. I loved the vibe and decor and the service was just as good even with a full restaurant. Beautiful view from our table of the harbor. I enjoyed a Spanish white wine to complement my fish and it couldn't have been a better setting. We'll done guys. I will definitely recommend this place to all visiting Kinsale.
