Dinos in Kinsale

Lovely food, but despite the restaurant be empty they didn't want to split the bill for a table of 9.

Came here for the Fish & Chips we enjoyed a year ago. Unfortunately, the waiting staff was extremely unmotivated. (Gave us a drinking cup: "what is that?" "I don't know, I don't pour the drinks") Really takes some of the fun out of going out to eat. Chips were a bit overfried, mushy peas bland. I liked the fish, even though it was not exactly obvious to me whether I actually got the "larger" fillet as described for "Dino's Special".

It was my first time trying Irish fish and chips, and I was pleasantly surprised. An unforgettable taste and a lovely place.

Wow. I was in Kinsale and avoided this spot at first because all the other Dino's in Cork are junky fastfood. But this is a very nice upscale restaurant. It was cold and all the other shops were closing early and our bus didn't arrive for another 45 minutes. After getting turned away from other spots we went in here and we're surprised at how nice it was. We got hit chocolate and cake and stayed toasty warm for the remainder of our time in Kinsale. The cake was delicious and all the food going out to the other tables was making me drool. We would have gotten something to go but I wasn't sure about food on the bus lol. Definitely worth a visit.

Great food, but really disappointed that the restaurant no longer frys chips in a seperate dedicated fryer, to cater for coeliacs. Please bring this back.

Gorgeous fresh fish , lovely seating and interior. Had monkfish scampi homemade chips. Others had roast chicken, battered cod,beef burger chocolate fudge cake. They serve stonewell 0% cider.

Best fish and chips I have ever had and bargain price. Crispy perfectly cooked chips and lovely battered fish. Friendly fast service and no additional charge for sauces. Portion sizes were very generous so sadly I could not do it all justice
