We waited by the sign as instructed to be seated, but despite the staff seeing us standing there, nobody came over to help. We ended up waiting around 10 minutes before stopping one of the staff members ourselves to ask if there was a table available. The food was fresh and tasty, and overall it’s a good option in the area if you’re looking for a traditional fish and chips. The staff were friendly as well. For example, one of the beers we ordered was warm, and they kindly replaced it with a cold beer from another brand at no extra cost.

Atmosphere very nice. Food was good but they ran out of tarter sauce for fish and chips. A little pricey.

Ate here last week. The monkfish scampi was to die for! Lovely light batter on the freshest of fish. Large, open windows for the hot weather. Service a bit slow and could have been more polite. I saw one couple walk out as they were waiting so long to give their order.

A great place for classic fish and chips. We ordered a takeaway fish of the day (without chips), along with a strawberry granita. The total was €11.60. Both were delicious, but I have to highlight the fish; it was excellent, completely boneless. It looks expensive from the outside, but we found the prices quite reasonable for such good fish, especially considering its location near the town center and lake views. The photo shows how they wrapped the fish and what it came with; they also drizzled vinegar over it.

Top notch fish n chips delivered fast !

I got takeout, but they also have a restaurant. Be warned! If you order chips (fries), they really give you a hefty portion—you have to be hungry! They're enormous. The burgers and fish are also very generously sized. And for those getting takeout, go to the parking lot across the street. You'll find wooden tables with trash cans (you'll see planters with small, colorful flowers to help you find your way), and there's a water refill station nearby.

I wanted a nice fish’n chips with my family, and I had a great fish’n chips with my wife and kids. Family warmly welcome.

To be honest, the service was neither good nor friendly. The food was good and the atmosphere cozy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We come here every year around this time and it is always a visit we look forward to. This year we were pleasantly surprised that the queue moved much faster than usual: there were only two families ahead of us and we were seated very quickly. The restaurant was very clean and beautifully looked after. With the warm weather, having the large window open with those beautiful views over the water made the whole experience even more special. As always, I ordered my favourite dish: the sole. It was absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly, and served with that famous vinaigrette dressing on the salad that I am completely in love with. After around eight years of coming here and several attempts to find out the recipe, the only thing I have managed to discover is that it contains mustard… but it is still a mystery 😄. It is definitely my favourite salad. The service was excellent, everyone was very attentive and friendly. The only small suggestion I would make is regarding the amount of chips. It feels a little wasteful seeing so much food left over: even with the children’s menu, my kids didn’t eat even a quarter of the chips that came with their meals. Perhaps it could be an option to choose a smaller portion of chips or even a double portion of that delicious salad instead (which I think will be my request next year 😄). Thank you for continuing to take such great care with all the little details. After so many years, we still enjoy every visit and we will definitely keep coming back.
