We went in yesterday for dinner ,the food was delicious but unfortunately the service was terrible .we were served by a girl with a terrible attitude .really bad customer service slamed down our water and was very unfriendly..I haven't encountered such poor service in a long while .its a shame because food was amazing .also no toilet roll in either of the ladies toilet .we spent 100 euro and expected better

The Old Bank House

02/04/2024: We stayed in this hotel for one night and I have to say that it is quite old and old fashioned. Nevertheless, the staff was very friendly, which made our stay pleasant. The rooms were spacious but seemed a bit dated, as did the bathroom area. In terms of value for money, I wasn't entirely satisfied. I think for the price we paid we could have expected slightly more modern accommodation. Overall the room wasn't as wonderful as I had hoped.
02/04/2024: Service was very good, breakfast was very tasty. Rooms a little outdated. Bathroom. Prices could be less. Price performance is not exactly right.

The White Lady

20/03/2024: I recommend staying in this hotel to anyone looking to visit kinsale (and everyone should visit kinsale). Anthony and the rest of the staff at the White Lady were all so warm, welcoming, helpful and truly kind that it made the trip of a lifetime even more memorable. The rooms were very nice, and the food and the pub were both incredible. The only regret we had was not staying for longer.
