Dinos in Cork

I brought back a full inedible fish here once to ballincollig, and the manager at the time, she told me I could not get a refund even though I had a receipt - I was told to take a new one or nothing! It was very imbarasing infront of the other costumers. I contacted Dinos HR in November 2023 when this happened, but I got only one reply, and I got no satisfaction. I go out of my way now to go to Bishopstown; they are far superior in every way.

Terrific chipper, very consistent loses one star because online ordering is a mess and if your card doesn't go through first time (which can happen for no reason) you lose a lot of time queuing up and having to order again, especially at peak times

The food is delicious, the staff are lovely, the shop is clean, the service is fast, the price is reasonable for the food.
