One of Dublin's most classic and charming pubs - you can feel history in every corner. Wood-panelled walls, nostalgic mirrors, winding little rooms and a real Irish bar vibe.
The Guinness is tapped perfectly and the staff is attentive and friendly despite being busy. Mixture of locals, politicians and tourists – but never unpleasantly touristy.
If you want to experience Dublin as it really is (or was), you should definitely stop by here for a pint.

Food very good, prices correspond to the standards of the center of Dublin. Service was very complicated. We had to wait a very long time for food.

Cool location. Food good. But not recommended for large groups with advance reservations. Everyone in the group must have a three-course meal, otherwise reservations are not possible. Then a very complicated checkout with the instructions that one person has to pay for everyone's food. Now we have to “divide” the 1,300 euros ourselves with 37 people afterwards. That's good: for the restaurant that then added a "service fee" to itself. Unfortunately we didn't find that very hospitable.

This place is a veritable Tardis. Cavernous yet intimate interior, and attentive staff.

Very nice pub with amazing atmosphere. It's over 200 years old, so you feel as if you were transferred back in time when here. The pub has multiple floors, so plenty of room to explore

Wouawww ! Top of the top des pubs visités à Dublin.
