Dolan's Pub in Limerick

Everything I would want in a pub and dining experience. They introduced me to a local whisky that will make me long for it when I get back to the states. You can’t go wrong here and the staff made me feel like a treasured guest.

Genuinely one of my favourite pubs in Ireland. Staff are so helpful, the bouncers are great craic and the venue is fantastic. Gigs here are always 10/10, Limerick fans know how to rock 🤘

Good Irish and European. Lamb stew was our favorite.

I so wanted this to be amazing but I seriously think we just hit a very off night. Went for dinner before the Neil Delamare concert. Pub itself is charming, then the food arrived. Prawn Patata Bravas was so mediocre with pale chewy prawns and a few scarce diced spuds! 2/10 as I give point cause sauce was ok. Croquettes ham were dry and tasted gone off! Moroccan chicken was ok. Desserts were an absolute disaster. Tarte Tatin was a dry bun, not even related to tarte tatin and the chocolate lava felt like a frozen dessert from Pallas Foods. I’m so sorry to say but it was not good. Just very disappointing. Had great expectations but tonight was really not good.

Great atmosphere and service. We used function room up the top for an event with catering, food was good. Main pub had trad music and great vibe. Drinks were a bit pricey

We 1st had dinner here, it was excellent. Then we had a pre-booked concert (The High Stool Prophets) & they were absolutely fantastic. The whole venue was rocking. They also are back here on 9th Oct …… book your tickets very early, if available. The staff in Dolan's are 5*

We had a wonderful experience here! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. We had walked past several places because we wanted somewhere we could sit down and enjoy a proper meal rather than just grab a takeaway. We’re so glad we chose this restaurant. We were told the food would take around 20 minutes, but everything arrived much sooner than expected. Most importantly, it was fresh, hot, and incredibly tasty. A special thank you to our waitress, Alena. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. We’d also like to ask the management to recognise her for her excellent customer service and positive attitude. Compared to some of the other staff, she was especially caring, responsive, and attentive, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you for such a lovely dining experience. We will definitely be back!

Dolans Pub was a great local spot to visit and was within walking distance of my hotel. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. The food was excellent, and I enjoyed trying some new dishes. The staff gave great recommendations, and their daily specials were definitely worth checking out. If you’re in the area, I would absolutely recommend stopping by Dolans Pub for a great meal and welcoming atmosphere.
