Dooleys in Waterville-spunkane

Delicious food, we had the Guinness pie & seafood pie, both were very generous portions and delicious. Friendly attentive staff, very reasonably priced and wonderful seafront views even from inside.

I gotta say one thing first THIN CHIPS ...we had fish and chips to take away ... I don't usually eat chips and was pleasantly surprised that they were thin HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY DAYS ...and the batter on the fish was perfect, the little salad that came along, I could have eaten a bowl full of THAT, all in all the BEST fish and chips we have EVER had.

Had the Cajun buttermilk chicken which for some reason thought was a burger 😅 honestly really really nice. Crispy, spicy, big chicken breast. Unfortunately chips could have been refried as they were abit soft and warm. But quite liked it. My friends had the burger and seafood linguini and all finished our plates. Lovely view outside. Defo be back in the summer on a nice day.

Great place with a wonderful view of the ocean. We were there in February, it was very quiet, calm and delicious. The waiter is a super guy. I recommend this place

Was in Waterville for two days this August. Went to dinner, lunch, then dinner again at Dooley’s! The food is amazing — my wife and I talk about it all the time. Vegetable soup, brown bread, steak — I think about the perfect meals we shared there every day. I want to move to Waterville just so I can eat there daily. Nothing to say except David (the proprietor), the staff, and Dooley’s are amazing.

A little expensive but food was good and had a great view.

Called in here on a whim when travelling with friends in the summer and were very pleased we did! The bar was busy with golfers, but the staff were very helpful and were able to squeeze us into the restaurant. I ordered the Crispy half Duck in orange sauce and really enjoyed it. We thought pricing was suitable given the location and quality of the food.

What an amazing venue, food was excellent and service top notch. If you pass through Waterville this place is a must. Scenery is spectacular too.
