The reason I give three stars for service it's not because of the people it's just because of the queue and how long it takes they could do with more staff got help them... But the food oh my god unbelievable... 10/10 for that..

Very friendly chippy:) First time I had curry sauce with my chips;) Cod was too soft/ mushy, lacked the traditional texture, batter too oily.

Fish and chips were good, plenty of them but the wait was horrendous! People queueing for 30-40 mins for food despite plenty behind the counter, don't know why there was such a delay!

15/08/2025: Nice café. Given the void left over by the former Coffee Pot it's nice to have this café here. Good selection of goodies on offer, ample room and tables for a decent crowd and not the worst value either. I had a nice, decent scone (with butter, jam and cream too) and my daughter got this large strawberry and cream doughnut which was excellent.
