Dunbrody Famine Ship in New ross

Had lunch here on the way through. We were actually hoping to eat on the ship, but it seemed to only be for groups. But it was also cozy in the restaurant and we had a delicious meal. Thanks for the hospitality.

Located upstairs as part of the Dunbrody experience. The main food quality is really good and the service is excellent from the staff as it can get very busy. It does cater for the bus tours and larger groups. Plenty of parking outside and across the road. The main entrance downstairs is fairly small when bus tours arrive. Pretty expensive for the smaller items. The general decor in the restaurant is very dated. The views are lovely but could do with a revamp.

Had dinner midweek, food excellent, good service and great views

Lovely place for coffee or lunch
