We had dinner here on a Thursday evening we got 4 starters to share all delicious we opted for a basket of bread, garlic mushrooms, brushetta and garlic potato skins. For our main we got the mushroom pasta and pizza to share couldn't fault any of it waiters are so friendly and helpful we didn't feel rushed even when it was close to there closing time will be back again super italian food

Excellent flavor and service! Fine dinning. Food is amazing and truffle beef paste is my favorite! The meat is soft and the sauce is just right! very good! Especially love the truffle beef spaghetti! Overall very delicious!

I can see why people like it, but the creamy pasta is just too rich for me. Maybe I’ll try some of the other non-creamy option next time. Service and atmosphere is tip top nonetheless. Perfect restaurant for cozy time with family

Wow what a treat, mind blowing delicious Italian food, best Italian outside of Italy or even then better so! Tried variety of dishes and desserts and everything was amazing, and we are demanding eaters. Highly recommended, will be back soon! Thank you!

Wow… I was not expecting what I just experienced. I have never had a better seafood pasta. The wine is excellent. The service is fun and sincere—not at all pushy. The antipasti was diverse and very high quality meats. I would come back here every night. Thank you to the team here!

I recently dined at Emiliano Restaurant and it was an incredible experience! The setting is warm and welcoming, and the service was impeccable. The dishes were tasty and beautifully presented, especially the carpaccio which was a real treat. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine. I would definitely go back!

Every one of Emiliano's staff who served our visits was considerate and prompt, professional yet pleasant, and well trained in their position. The almost always sold-out room was a bit loud on a Friday night, but at other times very relaxed and filled with smiling faces. Do get a reservation at least a couple of days in advance. You'll get to choose from appropriately priced dishes promptly prepared, served with your choice of well curated yet reasonably priced Italian wines. From the properly cooked veal t-bone to the meaty and cheesy nonnie-style lasagna, we felt like we were back in Italy. Proprietor Emiliano seemed to be everywhere, smiling and greeting customers and coaching his staff. The best restaurant in Waterford county, to say the least. Enjoy.

01/02/2025: We came here by chance with no reservation, the place was busy but the owner kindly offered us a table. We had amazing seafood pizza, artichokes and olives pizza and extremely high quality tiramisu. I have to say, it was one of the best pizza I’ve ever tried for. Really nice and tasty ingredients. The waiters were looking after us well. Nice music in the background. Enjoyed every moment of our visit and will defo recommend it for anyone who likes real Italian cuisine.

28/01/2025: I recently visited Brooklyn Restaurant Ardkeen and was thoroughly impressed by the lovely atmosphere and the extensive menu, especially the huge variety of gluten-free options. The gluten-free vegetarian pizza and gluten-free bruschetta were particularly standout dishes, bursting with flavour and freshness. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming ambience, making it a perfect spot for both casual dining and special occasions. The decor is modern yet cosy, which adds to the overall dining experience. While the staff was very friendly and attentive, they did seem quite busy, which led to a bit of a messy environment at times. However, their friendliness and willingness to accommodate dietary needs were much appreciated. Despite the minor issue with the busy staff, the overall experience was delightful, and I would definitely recommend Brooklyn Restaurant Ardkeen to anyone looking for delicious gluten-free options in a charming setting. Highly recommended!!
17/12/2024: I recently visited Brooklyn on the Dunmore Road. The restaurant was so cosy and inviting, and a beautiful Christmas vibe. The menu was excellent, loads of choice for everyone. I had the turkey and ham, and the salted caramel chocolate tart for dessert. Portion size plentiful, not meagre. If you're somebody that likes to be properly satisfied leaving a restaurant, go to Brooklyn Dunmore Road. Excellent value for money too, dinner, dessert, a soft drink, 2 teas, all for 31 Euro. Staff attentive ,friendly, without being intrusive, very pleasant experience 👌
