Emperors Palace in Tuam

17/11/2024: Have visited on a few occasions, usually for breakfast or brunch. Service generally always prompt and pleasant. Seating arrangements generally feel too claustrophobic, with little space between tables, which brings the atmosphere factor down. Food of a reasonably high standard, but well below expectations given the price points, particularly desserts - portion sizes being disappointingly small given the prices (e9.50). Portion to price ratio here is a big problem. We had an issue with our meal, staff at checkout were disinterested and offered no solution. Overall despite having visited several times, won't be returning.
