Falls Hotel & Spa in Ennistymon

Sunday lunch carvery is the best here. Would recommend. Service great.

Right in the middle of the town this place has stunning views. We had a very good carvery lunch looking over the falls. Very nice team working there.

The hotel makes a good impression from the outside. Rooms are clean. The location is very beautiful, next to a waterfall. So, it's OK for one night. Spa: The Finnish sauna really shocked us; in Germany, it would be shut down immediately by the WKD. I've rarely seen such a disgusting sauna. People sit in it in their swimwear without a towel. I'd rather not describe the Jacuzzi in detail. You have to wear swimming caps in the pool. The spa urgently needs renovation.

The location of this large hotel, the breakfast, and the rooms were good. We had a room above the reception. Due to the delivery service and various air conditioning units, we had to keep the window closed at night, otherwise it would have been too noisy. With the window closed, however, it wasn't a problem. The price of approximately €250 must have been very tight, however, as we had to pay an additional €7 for two swimming caps, which are required for use of the pool. We were a bit annoyed about that. Conclusion: Good hotel, but we will prefer a private B&B for half the price in the future.

Wonderful beautiful place my wife and I stayed for a few days absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend if you’re in the area to stay here!

We stayed three nights in The Lodge ( Duck house) which is a self accommodating building. It a lovely stay with more than enough room for the six of us. Close by to the pool and Spa area.

Our spa break away was just magical at this hotel!! Special mention to Carla in the spa who went above and beyond to help accommodate my back injury and answer all my many questions, she deserves huge credit! Every member of staff we met were attentive and helpful. The food was beautiful and the surroundings were exceptional! We'll be back!!!

Beautiful 4 star old manor house with a mid-level hotel, restaurant and spa attached. IMO the old manor part is 4 star while the hotel parts built later are mostly 3 star. No air conditioning or fridge in the rooms we booked, but bathroom had been updated with new fixtures recently. Good buffet style breakfast and location about 20 minutes from Cliffs of Moher.

We travelled as part off a coach party, and left with mixed feelings with the Falls Hotel On arrival we were dropped at the rear of the hotel and handed our keys then directed through building works to the lifts, our room was on the 2nd floor with reception being on the 4th floor , the room was clean with a nice view of the river but although big we thought it was dated even though we are over 60. the shower seemed very old and the water pressure very low, we didn't complain because being with a coach party we thought it might be a selected room grade, maybe we should have enquired about a upgrade if possible, the location, views including the cascade brilliant ( shame you didn't fill before we arrived 😄) , staff, and food were very good the village pubs definitely proper Irish bars and very welcoming.
