Oh La La in Ennistymon

02/08/2026: An absolute lady! our first stop on hen of 26 people and while she wasn't expecting us, she delivered an amazing service.

21/07/2026: Visited with my dad in '06. We where on a guided tour and I vividly remember the painting on the wall in the pub and the good times we had. Took a picture of the painting and the people on the guided tour. Revisted 2 years ago on our honeymoon. Still the painting was there. My dad died several years prior to our marriage and honymoon and I showed the owners a picture of us there back in '06. Had a lovely time there with my wife as well. And a couple of pints of Guiness. Asked for a wee dram of Redspot, the owner asked if I was sure ('cause it's a bit steep) which I was. He poured a dram, looked me in the eyes, said, "for good old times sakes lad" and filled the glass quite a lot more than usual. A toast for my dad so to speak. Which was and still is something I will never forget and am gratefull for to this very day. I know it's been a while but thank you. This meant and means so much to me still.
