Food was amazing, we were pleasantly surprised by just how amazing it was, especially for value! The waitress didn’t have the best attitude but the quality and value way overlook this.

We were looking for a place to eat before flying home when we found this place. It’s reasonably priced and the food is so good!! We will be coming back next year when we’re back in Ireland.

One of the best steaks in Dublin. The rest of the food is great too. The service can get slow when it's busy, but the staff is always nice so it's not too bad.

A massive thank you for a really lovely meal on Monday evening last week. We were in a party of three and were celebrating my mother’s birthday. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, and they sounded great singing Happy Birthday with the desserts! Many thanks again and looking forward to coming back to Featherblade. Go raibh míle maith agaibh.

¡Qué hallazgo! Tuve una excelente comida aquí - tostada de cangrejo, filete de picanha, sorbete de mojito junto con dos copas de vino y un cóctel. Todo por 78 Euros incluyendo un 12. 5% propina - increíble relación calidad-precio. Excelente servicio de Gemma, que era encantador y atento incluso mientras corría de sus pies. Absolutamente excepcional. Después de mi primera visita regresé un par de días después y era una cuadra y yo era uno de los muchos aspirantes a comensales que fueron rechazados, así que sin duda recomendaría reservar con antelación.

Can highly recommend this small but friendly steakhouse. Definitely book - people getting turned away on a Sunday evening. The chips cooked in beef dripping were divine and the burger was very tasty. Service excellent and we enjoyed the live guitar music.

20/01/2025: Great selection of crepes and excellent service. Able to add and remove ingredients without issue. Food and coffees came out quickly and hot. Nearly all items on the menu can be made gluten free. So truly a great spot to come for gluten free options. There are a few tables inside and out if you choose to eat there. Take away is also available.
18/01/2025: Staff were very nice and friendly. Hot chocolate was near perfect. Only complaint is that Crepe was a little tough to eat with knife and fork.

15/01/2025: I would like to mention the extraordinary attention that Carlos offered us. The food was delicious.
11/01/2025: Darwins is somewhere that I have gone too a few times now and intend to visit again this year. You simply can't fault the table service. The food is of a very high standard and most of my group enjoyed their meal. The only exception this time around was a steak that was not as jucy as the previous time and a bit on the thin side. The pepper sauce and the veg etc. where superb, and on the strength of my previous experiences, I would recommend and go again. If you have read any of my previous reviews, you may notice I mention the toilets. In this case, they are clean, easy to find, and stocked with paper. 😉. You will not regret a visit here with Amy and the rest of the staff.
