Ferrit and Lee in Midleton

Had the most amazing family dinner here lastnight and I had to share the experience! We were a table of 8 people, some had starts and dessert, all had mains ! Everything was amazing, the service was brilliant , super friends and welcoming staff ! Service was perfectly timed that it wasn't too long or too quick for food either ! The flavours were out of the world! Even the mushroom soup which wouldn't be a first pick for me was insane! Will definitely be back again!

I can’t recommend Ferrit & lee enough! The feather blade beef was amazing, roast potatoes 10/10 & vegetables cooked to perfection. The chocolate moose desert was delicious. We had a lovely table for 4, tucked in a small nook, nice & cosy! The staff were really attentive & polite. I’ll definitely be returning!

My family has gone here for years for many good reasons!! The staff are so friendly and the food is always top class. I recommend if you so happen to be in Midleton

Ferrit & Lee in Midleton, is now well established in the town. Ezcellent food, wide a varied menu, excellent range of wines and beer sold if you fancy being laid back. Food is excellent, while getting the portions sizes just right. You're not stuffed and you're nit wanting more. Starters and deserts can't be faulted either. Soft mood lighting, ezcellent service all in all a very nice dining experience.

I feel really bad about this experience. The waiting staff were lovely, I had a beautiful welcome and impeccable service. However, this restaurant was not as expected. I ordered the Jameson marinated beef, and some garlic and onion fries to accompany. First off the bat, the portions are massive. My internal food cost alarm was going off. The beef came with enough roast potatoes for a couple and I was dining alone. The fries were not fries. They were chunky chips. When you say fries, I guarantee you that 99.9% of people imagine French fries. To make matters worse, the chunky chips were half cooked with some raw and under cooked. The same can be said of the roast potatoes. I said at the beginning that the waiting staff were lovely, and they were. However they need to be more incisive. My plate was not finished and no comment was made about this. I also received no check back, which would have enabled me to say things were not right. Overall, I was left in a bad mood and did not enjoy the meal.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Every dish was a wonderful. The flavors were vibrant, beautifully balanced, and clearly crafted with care and creativity. The service was flawless — attentive without being intrusive. Every member of staff really friendly. 5 out of 5.

Enjoyed lunch here, just a main course each and a shared dessert. I had a lemon chicken dish with rice and a delicious salad. I mention the salad because it wasn't just the usual lettuce and tomato on the side. It was packed with flavour and added a lot to the dish. My oh had hake in tempura with fries which he also enjoyed. A decent sized piece of hake too! The dessert was a decadent chocolate mousse with macerated strawberries and chocolate crumb. A lovely end to a lovely meal. We booked a table, which you can do on-line, but it wasn't too packed and it could have taken walk-ins. That might not be the case every day so I'd recommend booking. Service was very prompt, efficient and very friendly. The setting is very relaxing with subdued lighting and a soft green decor. You didn't feel that you were just off the main street in a busy town. A little oasis of calm, what's not to love.

We just found this as we were walking around ..and what a find ..food was amazing and also a very good selection on menu ..also the whiskey cocktails are a must ...staff were super helpful..our waitress was amazing ...overall a pretty amazing dinner experience

We visited as a couple for my husbands birthday, it was beautiful from start to finish, we shared the prawns pil pil to start an had steak an seafood pasta for mains. All staff were very friendly was such a nice visit
