Stumbled across this place whilst on the shannon boat rally. Loved that the menu was so simple and minimal. Got focaccia to take away on 2 occasions. It was devoured by all the family. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere. Will be heading back as soon as possible and staying for lunch next time to try out the pasta dishes and have a glass of wine! Thank you for the memorable food.

The cappuccino was a solid 10/10, and the pizza was honestly the best I’ve ever had. You can really taste the quality—fresh ingredients, a real rich tomato base, fresh basil, and beautiful cheeses
The owners, who I’m guessing are husband and wife, made the experience even better. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and about as authentically Italian as you’re likely to find between Athlone and Naples. If you’re looking for proper Italian food made with care and passion, this place is an absolute must-visit.
