Fish Kitchen in Bantry legal town

06/09/2026: We had just arrived in Bantry for the night on our travels on the Wild Atlantic Way. It was a Sunday afternoon and we were walking past just taking in the sites when we heard the music. We wandered in and the place was packed with locals and, of course, locals just playing musics together. It felt absolutely genuine Ireland. We felt very welcome and enjoyed an afternoon of traditional Irish Music.

03/09/2026: We passed by and heard the music. It was packed on said Sunday but the sun meant we could sit on the benches outside. We could still hear the music. The barkeep gave us a warm welcome and the locals shared the pool table. Perfect.
