Beautiful, classy, intimate restaurant with a fantastic selection of wine. Plenty to choose from a range of shellfish and white fish, all of which are perfectly cooked. Service is unrivalled locally with knowledgeable staff answering any questions regarding the food or wine with real professionalism and passion. Highly recommend a visit, but be sure to book a table! ❤️

Unfortunately, the customer service fell short of expectations. Female server appeared disengaged and not having it, which made the experience less enjoyable for our party of 4. Sadly, this will likely be our first and last visit.

Small and cozy place. Great wine list. Very attentive and friendly staff. It is totally worth going to try the signature dish and local dish "fish and chips".

We have been going to Fishshop for about 3 and something years and they always deliver. It’s not just for tourist but also for locals. Food is impeccable and the staff are nice,genuine and helpful. 10/10 no notes and would 100% recommend to anyone.

10/10 for vibes. Such a cute little wine bar with amazing food. The staff was so friendly as I was sitting alone for lunch! Made me feel so so welcome. The oysters are a 10! Must try.

A great little gem in Smithfield! The menu is small, but I think any fish lover will leave happy! To start, we had the dressed crab on toast and croquettes, which were both excellent! For the main, I went for the fish and chips, which is probably the best you'll find in Dublin. They offer an amazing wine menu too! The restaurant is small so I definitely would make a booking. The only downside was the number of times we were told when they needed the table back. We had a reservation and were aware of this, but from the second we sat down until we left, it was mentioned to us 4 times, which felt a bit much. We felt pushed to leave even before our reservation was up. Maybe they've had issues in the past, but I feel once would have been enough, other than this, we really enjoyed our meal!

Celiac-friendly with a separate fryer! This was the BEST fish and chips in Dublin - we had several! We enjoyed both the normal and the gluten free versions. Everything we ordered was fabulous!

This was spot was at the top of our list for one night we had in Dublin. Make sure you make a reservation. We went in for lunch and they said to check for reservation open that evening and we did. The staff makes you feel right at home. The menu is small and perfect. Everything was prepared simply and delicately that made the fish shine. The scallops and grilled fish of the day were wonderful in addition to the fish and chips of course. Don’t skip dessert. It will surprise you.

Este lugar es pequeño, y había completamente reservado para sentarse, pero tomamos una comida para llevar. ¡Este fue el mejor fish and chips que hemos probado!
