We had the duck and catch of the day, which were cooked perfectly and were absolutely delicious. The apple pie dessert was delectable. The owner was very friendly and raved about her chefs. Everything is fresh, locally sourced, and the menu varies based on what's in season/available.

We walked by a number of times and finally looked at the menu and decided to go for dinner, wish we did it earlier. We had someone get the steak they loved it three people got the halibut and they loved it and I got the Dover Sole and it was unreal. Don’t walk by stop on in and have the meal!

Really nice food. We had a party of 6 and all had a starter, a main and a few bottles of normally priced wine and it was 450 euro. Very over priced. Not even a shot given to send us on our way. After giving a 60 euro tip they barely thanked us as we left. I don't think I'd go back for that reason.

Our second time in Fishy Dishy and we will certainly be back. Amazing food and wonderful friendly staff. The restaurant was full when we were there but the service was brilliant. No problem getting gluten free dishes. We could do with more restaurants like Fishy Dishy. Keep up the good work.

28/03/2025: Exceptional restaurant. If you are a big foodie, then this will not disappoint! A smaller menu than most but each and every dish is exquisitely prepared, cooked and prepared. Flavour is packed into every element. Nice relaxed surroundings, great service, no negatives. This one gets full marks. Really excellent and located in beautiful Carlingford.
