Foley's Bar in Dublin

Foley’s Bar is a place to recommend if you are looking for an authentic Irish experience. This pub is frequented by many locals, which gives it a friendly and warm atmosphere. Local beers are served there, and the atmosphere is further enhanced by live local music. I particularly appreciated the presence of musicians who sang local and international pieces acoustically, accompanied by guitar. A perfect place to fully experience the soul of Dublin!

Went tonight to see Mr Pussy’s Christmas Show! We paid €25 each for a ticket, no food was brought to our table. The waiter seemed to just bypass our table every time even after one of the other people at our table asked. We were 6 at our table and we all paid €25 each for the show which was to include finger food. Plus the place was crammed, very hard to get a drink. Mr Pussy was very entertaining but the rest wasn’t.

Good place for pints with the crew. Love music is nice and the atmosphere is chill.

Quality dishes at a very reasonable price for Dublin city center, and impeccable service with a very good atmosphere!

It’s across the street from O’Donoghue’s Pub. We went there first but it was so crowded we left. Foley’s also had live music and we were able to get a table immediately. Bar staff were very accommodating and friendly. When the food arrived it was a big hit! The Irish stew was off the charts.

Popped in as the place we wanted to go to was full and after a day of travel and not eating we were hungry. Atmosphere in the bar where we sat was fine and cannot fault the staff they were all attentive and polite. Food not great, limited menu with massively over inflated prices. I ended up with the nachos with chicken. Nachos were smothered with plastic squeezy cheese and chicken was tough. Guy singing wasn’t exactly the best either. Ok place to pop in for a drink and toilets were nice and clean. Staff good but eat elsewhere.
