Fabulous birthday celebration at Freddie's. Top notch food (pork belly was 'melt in the mouth') served by very welcoming staff in lovely surroundings. Really impressed....we'll be back and highly recommend !

Just had a fabulous meal in Freddy’s. Starter’s excellent, main course of steak and lamb shank were top class. Brownie and lemon tart delicious. Our server Elaine was 11/10. Highly recommended

It was our first time in Freddy’s, and I have to say it won’t our last. From the minute we entered we were made feel welcome. Food was exceptional quality, everything was so fresh, tasty and presented beautifully. Service was amazing, staff were attentive and friendly. Keep up the fantastic work you all do. My only fault is, that I didn’t try it years ago.

We were visiting Ireland for our 25th anniversary and stayed in Limerick for just one night as we traveled all over the country. My husband found recommendations for Freddy's on Google, so we popped in, not realizing we needed reservations. The hostess tried to squeeze us in but they were all booked up, so we asked her for a recommendation and she suggested the Spit Jack just a few blocks away and we ended up having the BEST meal if our trip! So I wanted to say Thank you!!! Although we didn't get to try out your wonderful sounding menu, we were very grateful for you trying to squeeze us in and for your suggestion of a wonderful place for dinner!

Had a great family meal 6 of us. Everyone loved the food. The service was perfect. We were able to ask for hake with no salt or oil or butter and veg with no butter. Vegan food was so tasty, and the dessert was amazing. I have been here years ago and it's still a top top restaurant. Everyone was very happy we chose this place.

We did not have a booking, showed at the door at 17:00, they needed the table back for 18:15, but accommodated us, for which we were utterly grateful. We were a party of four. We shared the duck starter, and a good thing it was that we did, because it was a very generous helping. We had two pork ribs (succulent, divine, full of taste!), hake (gentle, firm, lovely sauce), and a burger (THE burger, says my friend!). Unfortunately, we were out of time so couldn't try desserts. One more reason to go back to Freddy's!
