Freddy's Bistro in Limerick

Delicious food as always, Liz and the team are super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

It was our first time in Freddy’s, and I have to say it won’t our last. From the minute we entered we were made feel welcome. Food was exceptional quality, everything was so fresh, tasty and presented beautifully. Service was amazing, staff were attentive and friendly. Keep up the fantastic work you all do. My only fault is, that I didn’t try it years ago.

A pleasure to eat in an amazing atmosphere and the staff are outstanding - the best place to eat full stop. The food is delicious as always .

We were visiting Ireland for our 25th anniversary and stayed in Limerick for just one night as we traveled all over the country. My husband found recommendations for Freddy's on Google, so we popped in, not realizing we needed reservations. The hostess tried to squeeze us in but they were all booked up, so we asked her for a recommendation and she suggested the Spit Jack just a few blocks away and we ended up having the BEST meal if our trip! So I wanted to say Thank you!!! Although we didn't get to try out your wonderful sounding menu, we were very grateful for you trying to squeeze us in and for your suggestion of a wonderful place for dinner!

Had a great family meal 6 of us. Everyone loved the food. The service was perfect. We were able to ask for hake with no salt or oil or butter and veg with no butter. Vegan food was so tasty, and the dessert was amazing. I have been here years ago and it's still a top top restaurant. Everyone was very happy we chose this place.

Had a birthday dinner here last week with 10 guests. Excellent in every way. The staff were fantastic and the food was perfect and on time for every course. We will be back 👍

A Cosy busy place. Good quality ingredients & presentation . When we ordered a second bottle of wine for our table , we were told they were out , it’s a pity we weren’t advised of the shortage in advance so we didn’t end up mixing wines . The vegetarian options weren’t seasonal for July . They were more appropriate to a winter meal but nice enough . If you are claustrophobic be aware there are no viewing windows upstairs . The lighting is well done to help compensate .
