Freddy's in Galway

The restaurant's decoration is fun and the staff were very friendly, fast and helpful. I had a pizza (ham and mushrooms) that was fine but not amazing. The restaurant was also much quieter than most I've visited in Ireland, which was a plus.

Things get expensive after 2 p.m., as the lunch menu is no longer valid. Spaghetti Carbonara will then be €20 instead of €15, but it's still delicious.

I had the fries and the meatballs. The fries were delicious. Crispy on the outside, and the seasoning was very good. The sauce for the meatballs was also delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't like the meatballs, as they were almost unseasoned for my taste.

A restaurant with Italian flair. Very good food; the carbonara at Freddy's is perfect. It's great value for money. The staff is really super friendly! We would go back again and again. I recommend making a reservation, as it's always very busy.

Beautiful pizza and Italian place.

For once we wanted to eat something simple but tasty and well-known.... So Italian! They recommended Freddy to us for the quality/price ratio and we were very satisfied, the pizza was really good, dough like in Italy, and we were very happy with the friendly but informal service, which also worked to accommodate our requests for the child. Only the pasta, although good, was not at the national level of pizza. The place is small but the indicated waiting times were respected and then they were very fast.

Great pizzas and nice staff, we ate dinner outside and there were heaters for each table it was very comfy

The food was average at best and quite expensive for what it was. The staff were lovely but service was slow.
