Edited as it's my second day in a row getting this. The food is absolutely top notch and some of the most reasonably priced food around with amazing taste! They even do a vegan beef burger which is so so nice and the curry and satay dishes I've had are also 10/10! Staff are friendly too so 10/10 to the staff as well!

Balance

20/02/2026: Beautiful food in both premises, but on the two occasions I've visited Balance District I've met the same woman with an attitude. Never met her before , don't know her. Not even thank you after paying. For this reason alone, I won't be returning. She really is a dreadful person.
14/01/2026: So only for 1 or 2 waitresses that get distracted in conversation. I once waited 20 minutes for 2 take away coffees and then was giving then in a ceramic mug! After asking twice I was in a hurry so very inconvenient for me. The 2 waitresses were busy chatting behind the counter on a busy time, so disappointed at this. I never went for a take away coffee again. But go for breakfast from time to time.This place is amazing 👏 food is top 😋 the new waitress Alison is amazing great service and great at her job very efficient.

05/04/2026: Its a nice cafe, but as its on the main road in town centre, its very crowded. Food and drinks were OK.
24/03/2026: A wonderful, cozy cafe. It's nice to have a place in Cork where you can get dessert and coffee after 6 p.m., since everything is closed and there's no opportunity to chat with friends. The coffee was excellent. The atmosphere and staff are wonderful
