For our sons communion, we booked Gather Restaurant for catering, we had Lasagne, chicken and la king and lamb stew and potato gratin Salads and cold meat salads. & most delicious dessert. Apple crumble & Lemon Meringue
Absolutely everyone commented on the quality of the food and there was no waste, Absolutely nothing. Everyone had 2nds and some even had 3rds! And the next day everything was eaten!
I would highly highly recommend Siobhan and her wonderful team for catering.
Siobhan even made a special meal for our son for his special day. His favourite fish and chips!

Lovely place for a treat, the brunch is always super in here. It is a teensy bit expensive maybe, especially the tea/coffees, but the food is so fresh and lovely and the staff are very nice. Thank you!
We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. We were served by Niamh and she was absolutely lovely and professional. She looked after us very well. We had 3 starters and 2 mains. Everything was very tasty and very well prepared. Hopefully we will came back soon.

Lovely hot chocolate, great coffee, yummy chorizo, or mushroom sausage rolls. Food and cakes are always amazing. Love the shop with the art and handmade products.

I've eaten several times in Nevin Maguire's in Blacklion and Gather was equal to it. Food, wine and service was superb. I was 12 days without electricity and stayed with a pal in Headford. From Mayo.

Vibrant, bustling atmosphere which seems organised but it took a while to get seated. I had the peanut sourdough egg thing and my friend the meat brunch. Her plate was so much more full. I was quite jealous.
Perfectly cooked, good flavours, but meagre portions (one thin slice sourdough, one tsp peanut sauce). Didn’t see a waitress again til we were all done. A bit of bean ragu or some seeds would help with the customer feeling they’ve had a brunch.

Have visited on a few occasions, usually for breakfast or brunch. Service generally always prompt and pleasant.
Seating arrangements generally feel too claustrophobic, with little space between tables, which brings the atmosphere factor down.
Food of a reasonably high standard, but well below expectations given the price points, particularly desserts - portion sizes being disappointingly small given the prices (e9.50). Portion to price ratio here is a big problem.
We had an issue with our meal, staff at checkout were disinterested and offered no solution.
Overall despite having visited several times, won't be returning.
