Good food, good service, great pint of Guinness. Very busy when we were there,with a very mixed clientele. Definitely call again if i was in Athlone.

Fantastic place, with excellent food. Had the fajitas with beef. Simply glorious. Very warm environment and homely. Friendly staff and very polite and efficient. Glad I found this place out. Booking recommended. We were lucky being a Friday early evening. Will most definitely be back.

The service in Gerties is above and beyond. All of the staff are extremely vigilant and welcoming. I would recommend any of the dishes on their menu also.

01/04/2024: Always enjoy the food I get here when I visit Athlone, highly recommend trying the pancakes & bacon for brunch, delicious!!
29/03/2024: Just back from Athlone catch up with friend and we went to Savory Fare for food and spend 4 hours there lol had lunch beautiful fish and chips for Good Friday followed by tea & coffee and lemon drizzle care, food,staff and whole atmosphere fantastic love the beautiful cup, mug and tea pot highly recommend 😀👍 till next time

11/03/2024: The Jia Jia has for years been and still is the best Chinese in the Midlands! The food is absolutely delicious, so authentic and always excellent! The service is fantastic whether you dine in or have take-away/delivery. The owners and staff are so accommodating, efficient and friendly. Out of any Chinese cuisine I have tried ANYWHERE in Ireland, the Jia Jia will always be the best!! Family run business too which is a bonus.
