We had the most wonderful meal at La Province Restaurant in the Sheraton Hotel under its Fabulous Friday deal which was unbelievable value. Our waiter, Matheo, was our host for the night and the young man was an absolute credit to his profession. Matheo looked after us so so well throughout the evening which added to our wedding anniversary weekend. Thank you Matheo and Sheraton.

Went there for a Mothers Day meal tonight. I couldn't fault anything about it. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Daniel looked after us and he was very polite, very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. There were a couple of very nice touches for mothers day also. We had a really lovely night and will be back. Thanks so much😁

I had an excellent experience dining at the Sheraton Athlone this weekend. The food was delicious but the overall experience was enhanced by the attentiveness and friendliness of Matas and Matthieu (Matheo) who are both assets to the hotel. I would highly recommend them.

02/07/2026: My experience at this cafe was excellent. The staff were so welcoming to me and my dog Alfie. They provided some treats, a water bowl and even a little mat for him to relax on. Alfie is a nervous dog and the staff were so kind, they went above and beyond. I had the mushrooms on toast breakfast which was so tasty and a lovely coffee too. I would highly recommend this cafe and most especially to anyone travelling with their dog.
