Gibneys in Malahide

Old fashioned Irish pub, great. Delicious food last night too. Really to our liking. If we are in Ireland again in the summer, we will definitely eat here again.

Lovely cosy pub with a great range of beers on tap, good food, and friendly service.

Nice bar, good atmosphere and service but €7.40 for a pint of Guinness is extortionate. It didn't even taste that great.

Best Pub in Ireland! Staff are great and the Gibney family are so friendly and down to earth. Always have time and a chat with their customers.

Whoever is making the burgers in Gibneys deserves a raise! Perfect Smash Burger!! So tasty!!

Loved my time here as a tourist from America staying in Malahide. The bartenders are swell, helpful, and the atmosphere for trivia was energetic and merry. Felt like a grand local pub. Met a few nice friends from the area. It's also right next to the train. Pints are cold, quick, and worth the extra euro for the charm and camaraderie of the crowd!

Questo è un pub autentico perché in un contesto autentico! Fuori dalla turistica Dublino invasa da turisti specialmente italiani in alcune stagioni al centro città si fa fatica a trovare gente del luogo! Qui a Malahide, specialmente in novembre (low season un po' ovunque in Europa) un pub ho trovato gente del luogo, musica, atmosfera irlandese di gente di tutte le età comune che si intrattiene, chatta davanti ad una birra senza telefonini, e buon cibo. La Guinness qui è super 👍. Siamo tornati qui alcune volte ed entrando l'atmosfera è sempre una incredibile immersione! Good vibes, sport (vedere rugby della nazionale irlandese con gli irlandesi non ha prezzo) un po' noisy il locale ma...lo abbiamo accettato!

We ate in gibneys twice while in Malahide There was a good range on the menu and on both occasions really enjoyed the food. Service was quick and friendly
