Excellent restaurant and all gluten free

I love this restaurant excellent vegan and vegetarian on offer. The staff are always welcoming and know what they are doing. Been here for anniversaries and birthdays always excellent food, wine and service. Highly recommend.

Absolutely top class food, went for my dad's 70th birthday last night and enjoyed every moment. Very comfortable and stylish restaurant with some really incredible dishes. Staff are very warm and friendly. Loved it. Thanks for making the night special for us.

We went to Glas based on the recommendation of a friend, and to say it exceeded all expectations (which were already high) is an understatement. From the moment we walked in the door, spending time in Glas was an experience. The atmosphere and ambience was just gorgeous. The staff were so wonderful and played a huge part in our overall experience. The food was spectacular. Nothing, down to the last little bit of garnish, was wasted or there for the sake of it. Everything on the plates served a purpose and added to the overall dish. The flavours were exquisite. When we each took a bite of our starters we didn't say anything, just looked at each other wide-eyed - what magic the chefs were able to conjure with vegetables I'll never understand. Textures, flavours, undertones, presentation... It was all perfect. And the drinks were delicious. We will absolutely be returning.

A very, very good restaurant. We discovered so many new flavors. The dishes were delicious and original. The servers are also very pleasant. I recommend it.

Pure chance I came in whilst killing time before my flight. Will be coming back on a trip specifically to take my wife to experience it. I dont know what else more can be said than that. Thank you Michael and the rest of the staff

Siamo venuti qui per festeggiare il mio compleanno a Dublino. Cercavamo un posto diciamo un po’ più da compleanno ed eccoci arrivati qua. Ristorante interamente gluten free e vegetariano. Siamo rimasti proprio soddisfatti da tutte le portate! Da provare assolutamente!
