Glen Tavern in Limerick

Lovely to see it all decorated this time of year. Lovely and festive. Amazing food and great atmosphere.

Great little pub. Dropped in for an afternoon guinness and a bite to eat. Never been to Limerick before and spotted it from the end of the street as it looked like a pub we would frequent. The staff were really friendly and helping with tips from the menu. We decided on the loaded fries and chicken wings...they were seriously the best wings we have had on our month long tour. Started off with a couple of Guinness which were well poured and cold! Tried a Murphy's but wasn't sold so had another few Guinness 🙂 Would definitely recommend visiting the Glen Tavern when in Limerick.

Did not have food here but the service is really nice and I liked the atmosphere. Went here two times and got two very good experience. We hear the musicians everywhere in the bar so that's great !

The staff here are incredible, really made me feel welcome. Thank you again :) I visited to watch the Ireland v Portugal match and was quickly seated to have a good view. The place erupted when Kelleher saved Ronaldo's PK with his foot!! Josie's Stew and the recommended spicy whiskey was great, but the highlight was the Sticky Toffee Pudding. My thanks to the staff for the brilliant recommendation! No live music that night due to some car troubles but not the fault of the tavern.

Another fine pub in Limerick. Good service, great local beer, the Whitefield Ruby Red, and a classic serving of Irish lamb stew. Highly recommend if you're in the neighborhood.

Went for dinner ,bar stuff was great, very kind. Place is very nice great vibes. Ordered fish and chips, it was excellent 😋. Highly recommend..

Cozy. Friendly staff. Delicious stew and fish & chips. Definitely worth a visit. We were there on a Monday in September. It was busy but not packed. It was only 6:30 p.m.

Nice place, typical pub. Good and plentiful food.

A nice classic Irish pub atmosphere with great service. They have a small but good selection of local craft beer and the food was excellent and the portions were huge. I highly recommend the bangers and mash, the slow cooked beef, the seafood chowder, and the Korean wings.
