If you’re looking for a traditional old Irish pub this is probably the best place to be and go to :) We ordered a burger, seafood chowder and the Korean bbq wings and I loved the food so much! 5/5 and def coming back next time when here in limerick :) For my boyfriend the burger could have been a bit more spicier and the chips were a bit dry but it think they were very nice.

Great menu filled with traditional Irish foods that can actually be hard to find elsewhere in Limerick. My wife loved the Irish stew and my cottage pie was good too (browning off the top in an oven would've been nicer though). The Beamish stout was also excellent on the two visits to the pub during this trip. They also serve food from breakfast time which is rare.

They served classic Irish Food which tastes really good. Highly recommended their Guinness which very smooth and creamy. Reasonable price and portion, value for money. Friendly crews. Nice dining ambiance.

Ottimo pub in Limerick. Abbiamo cenato qui durante il nostro soggiorno in città e devo dire che è stata un’ esperienza molto buona. Io ho preso lo stufato cotto dodici ore ed è stata una delizia per il palato, mio marito ha preso la zuppa di vongole e la torta di patate ed ha detto che entrambi erano deliziosi e mia figlia i tortellini che ha giudicato buonissimi.

Volevamo cenare in un pub con cucina tipica, questo locale si presenta bene. Buona scelta di piatti e bevande. Beviamo vino rosso merlot e io mi prendo una Guinness. Buono il garlic bread, poi ordiniamo beaf stracotto 12 ore, Irish stew e un piatto di patate fritte. Cortese il servizio, corretti, piacevoli e abbondanti i piatti. Prezzo civile. Bravo!

Cornstore, menu

13/02/2025: Not being from Limerick but following a recommendation, four of us dined at the Cornstore last Fri. A pre dinner drink was taken at the bar and subsequently taken to the table. Two starters were shared and this was followed by our four main courses. The food was so good that there was not a morsel of food left on the plates, mind you the three bottles of wine also helped. After such good food, there was no room for desert. A satisfying experience from start to finish and a big thanks to our waitress Amber. We will be back soon.
05/02/2025: Cannelloni and Duck dishes were brilliant. Staff were welcoming. Setting is cosy and also lively. Cocktails excellent. They brought out a birthday dessert also!
