Glen Tavern in Limerick

Delicious. Went here this evening for a meal with 15 of us. Noone else was open on a Tuesday or could take such a large booking but someone in the group suggested here and so glad they did as the food was delicious. I have no idea how they made so many dishes for such a large group and everyone was delighted with their meals. will definitely be returning. 😁 I had the bangers and mash and would get again but i'm keen to try every option.

Lovely place for a pint and a lamb stew. No live music on a Saturday evening

We sampled 3 dishes, 12 hour beef, chicken and lamb stew, all were excellent.

Excellent big fresh scone & Coffee, exellent value and nice presentstion at €5.30, welcome smile and daily newspapers to boot.

Excellent seafood chowder. I had the garlic butter chicken with chips. Hit the spot. Great food.

No unnecessary frills. Just the real deal, the simple thing, and the good thing.

We had breakfast here, it was good and not that pricey. The coffee was included in my small breakfast and I think it costed 9~10 €
