We stopped for a coffee, it was ok i think the milk was burnt but the place was quaint and authentic , the fire was lighting everything was home made it was worth a visit.

Rain or shine, this place is def worth a visit. People who work there are super friendly. Has some random grocery items, along with pottery from a local that day. I got a small piece made by her, so cute! Went on a Sunday for a coffee and scones, both were very good. Sat on a cozy couch near a wood burning stove on a cold and rainy day. Did some writing and relaxed. A lovely place, be sure to stop if in the Glendalough area.

02/06/2026: Everything was delicious, the service excellent and friendly. Huge portions and even delicious vegan options. Thanks to Avinash, super nice and friendly.
02/06/2026: Tourist trap. Unless you're on a guided tour, avoid this place. The service was meh, the food was ok, but the price you pay is exorbinant.

23/07/2026: We had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, and the food was absolutely delicious. A special thank you to the owner, who kindly picked us up from our accommodation free of charge and even drove us back after our meal. That level of hospitality is rare and was truly appreciated. We highly recommend this place and would happily return!
