Gracie’s Bar in Carrick-on-shannon

13/11/2025: Decided to try this place, when it first opened didn't look to promising as there was a bluebottle stuck on one of their cakes so I passed that day. But I santed to try the dubai brownie which was 6.50 as a treat 😳. Looked great which is why I bought but tasted just okay, topping was how u would imagine but the brownie itself was dry and bland if it had been a bit more fudgier n rich in chocolate flavour could have been a 10/10. Service was to be desired, standing a long time when it really wasn't busy and just got dumped my change without too much friendliness. Came in a good to go box tho. Regardless there selection of cakes and sweet things n sandwiches is impressive of a tad expensive and would like to sit in at some point as the place looks good for a stop off. Coffee is really good, matcha not so much. Would recommend the éclairs on a second visit since.

12/11/2025: A wonderful selection of delicious treats and drinks! All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (I had a hard time making up my mind - so many great choices)!
