Grain & Grill Restaurant in Cork

I appeared to be the only person eating here - the receptionist from the main lobby had to go and find a waiter from the staff room...? Waiter wasn't very professional for a 4 star hotel and gave more of a punk cafe vibe but overall service was ok. Food took 15 minutes for a sandwich baring in mind I was the ONLY person there. Lady who brought the sandwich from the kitchen across the main lobby was lovely.
