We went all the way to Granny’s Kitchen because of the good reviews, unfortunately we found it closed, even though on Google they stated to be open

A lovely place, right next to the Rock of Cashel parking lot. Very friendly staff: the soup of the day, sandwiches, and desserts are all delicious. Prices are more than fair.

Granny's Kitchen is a wonderful little cafe a stones throw away from the Rock of Cashel! Stop in for some coffee and scrumptious desserts. The Carrot Cake was delicious and the Rhubarb Tart with fresh whipped cream from a local farmer was fabulous! We also enjoyed the root vegtable soup and brown soda bread! What made this cafe extra special was Annie and the rest of the staff. We felt welcomed and received first rate service, as we enjoyed our lunch on the outside patio! I highly recommend you stop by for a bite and say hi to Annie for me!

Lovely little cafe right off the car park at the Rock of Cashel. We got a quick lunch of toasties and coffee before going up to the ruins.

A delightful place! We sat outside in the lovely garden and enjoyed tea, coffee and snacks, including a very good rhubarb pie. The service was great, very friendly and attentive. I recommend this cafe in it's unique location below the Rock of Cashel (turn left as you descend the road)

We had vegetable soup and a cake. The lady at the front and her daughter were so helpful, and the food was delicious!

We stumbled upon this place by pure luck. The kids were hungry and wanted to grab a snack. We ordered some cheese toasties and some cheese and tomato toasties. I had a slice of rhubarb pie with cream and a cappucino. We also had a cup of soup with soda bread. The food was great - what was even better was the conversation with the cafe owner, who told us all about the Rock and places to go to in Dublin and things to do. It felt like an afternoon tea with a neighbor.
