Granville Hotel in Waterford

Popped in for lunch. A fine carvery & good portions.

I’d like to compliment your staff. The housekeeping lady was excellent — very warm and professional. And the young lady at the restaurant cashier also had a lovely smile and great service.

I cannot say enough good things about Granville Hotel. The staff is as good as any 5-star hotel. They were attentive, friendly and informative, from the front desk to the restaurant. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. It was walkable to other restaurants and activities, including the Waterford Crystal factory. Parking is across the street in a large lot and they validate the parking ticket. I would go out of my way to stay here again.

Lovely hotel, great location, room was perfect and had everything. Every single member of staff were great, with a special mention to Stephen on the residents bar/night porter. Have booked again for another break away.

The food was excellent, the pubs atmosphere wonderful.

My favourite place to visit for food every staff member is so welcoming they all work very hard.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff I haven't stayed at this hotel but I do like it the staff in the bar are very helpful and nice it's great location the only thing I didn't like was that there is no leisure centre in the hotel it would suit the hotel great if it had room for a leisure centre and a swimming pools steam rooms etc the hotels in waterford city that do have a pool do not do a day pass for other hotels and that's a very big disappointment.

Clean, safe, and stately hotel located along the river. If not for the thin walls and being able to hear every conversation, it would be 5 stars.
