Green Spice in Thomastown

Went for a family dinner , very pleased with service and food . The toilets were also clean had baby changing formalities and was over all a joyful evening . Thank you

Green Spice was our destination on a Monday at the end of September. The restaurant is small, with lots of mirrors and floral wallpaper. The menu of Indian dishes had something for everyone. Chicken, lamb, seafood or vegetarian. Different levels of spiciness. The meal was excellent. As a greeting from the kitchen there was papadum with three different dips. However, the beer is very expensive. A pint of copra costs €10. We can recommend this restaurant.

Good dall. Very good lentil amuse bouche and sauces. Excellent tandori mixed grill. Wonderful fast, efficient service.

Review is for takeout…. Fantastic food but never enough meat for the cost. 4/5 pieces of lamb, chicken, prawn etc is not enough. It would be 5 stars except for that. Very good flavours etc. Yum!

Although we were the only people in the restaurant, the food was very good, and the service was excellent. I guess non-tourists in Ireland don’t eat out much on Wednesday in small towns. Order the tandoori mixed grill.

Lovely restaurant, very friendly service, and amazing food, had the Lamb Passanda and it was the best I’ve ever had, absolutely delicious, highly recommended

Very nice, very friendly Mohammed and food is very tasty. Enjoyed my chicken dhansak and we had great time with my family and sister who came to visit from USA Montana . So big thank you Mohamed

Always get takeaway from here and the food is great the order is always right. Nice level of spices. Great vegetarian options. Would recommend

Luckily we only live 10 minutes away from this absolute gem...excellent food and service...matched the very best curries I've had over 30years of living in East London. Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏
