Greenacres in Wexford

We were there this evening and it was a wonderful experience! The ambiance is impressive and the service was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was amazing, soup of the day was vegetable, my wife had rump of lamb and I had rabbit, all excellent. The wine was, too, with an amazing variety from which to choose. It was the best meal we've had since we've been in Ireland. It is a little pricey, but it was well worth it!

Best for food and wine in Wexford. Excellent selection of wine and the staff are so knowledgeable - they really know their stuff. Food is delicious

We had a wonderful family gathering in the wine room. The food was excellent. I really enjoyed my veal cheeks and sweetbreads - a rarity on a menu in Ireland. The monkfish was popular around the table. Service was attentive , a very enjoyable night out.

Delicious food surrounded by wines of the world. A lovely evening in an iconic building in Wexford. The building has several rooms upstairs used as an art gallery. The restaurant is situated on the same level as an extensive selection of fine wines and fine foods. Our food was served by friendly staff. Starters of Crab and Goats cheese. Delicious flavours and well presented. Glasses of Stellebosch and Gruner Veltliner accompanied our mains of Hake. The Hake was cooked to perfection in the pan/oven with a divine sauce. All accompanied by a lovely vegetable selection. Although the Desert menu was extensive and very tempting including suggestions for wine to accompany each one, we had to pass. A wonderful dining experience.
