My companions were happy enough. I was less so. I was not a great fan of the steak given the price. The service seemed a little brusque.

Great food served by a welcoming and happy staff with a very extensive wine list. Quite noisy, so not so great if you don't like to shout during your meal.

We were there this evening and it was a wonderful experience! The ambiance is impressive and the service was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was amazing, soup of the day was vegetable, my wife had rump of lamb and I had rabbit, all excellent. The wine was, too, with an amazing variety from which to choose. It was the best meal we've had since we've been in Ireland. It is a little pricey, but it was well worth it!

We stopped in here to check out art a couple of times in the past and always enjoyed it. On our last visit we went to the cafe just as they were closing to try and grab a quick drink and cake. They could not have been more helpful and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and certainly will be back again.

The Pike

10/04/2025: My third time in Wexford but my first visit to The Pike Bar. It came as a recommendation and it did not disappoint. Fantastic welcome, great atmosphere and spotlessly clean. I'm a Guinness drinker and I have to say, one of the best pints I've had in Ireland with "Schtick" all the way down the glass. The Barman was fab and knew exactly how to pour a superb pint of creamy Guinness. Will definitely be back and probably my new favourite pub in Wexford...... Hats off to you lads!!!
29/03/2025: Ahhhh Trevor Ducey, one of the best barmen/owners I have ever come across. You will never go wrong by dropping into The Pike for a pint and an interesting conversation with Trev. Genuine nice guy that puts his punters first.

Packed with rich, bold flavours and just the right level of spice, every bite is deeply satisfying and clearly made with care and quality ingredients. Portions are generous, presentation is spot on, and the curry is consistently outstanding. Add to that the warm, friendly service and relaxed atmosphere, and it’s an easy place to return to again and again. A must-visit for curry lovers — well worth the hype and then some. 🍛
