Lovely family meal this evening. Friendly atmosphere and lovely polite service, which is always nice. Food was lovely and tasty and presented in a timely manner. A lovely enjoyable evening.

A lovely cosy pub with consistently good food that's also good value. Lovely friendly staff.

Definitely the best bar food around

We went for afew jars on Paddy's Day, as you would being Irish! We had the traditional Paddy's Day dinner...Bacon'n'cabbage. It was just amazing, I can't stop raving to all my pals, how delicious it was. Buttered mash potatoes, bacon loins, on lovely cooked Cabbage. And the white sauce poured over it all..yum yum yum!

Dinny is an absolute gentleman and he and his colleagues work tirelessly to ensure everyone is looked after. My wife can’t eat dairy or red meat so Dinny came to the table (as she’d only ordered chips) to bring her some vegetables and roast chicken so she wouldn’t be hungry. His kindness and attention to customers is something else.

Brilliant as always! Went with a group for Christmas celebration and the first was equally to or better than the best restaurant Inn the city. Everything was done too a T. Well done Dinny and crew!
