Hamiltons in

We ate at Hamiltons today with three generations of the family. It was the best experience we have had out west after many years. They made room for us, service was super, food was fabulous and Maura even went chasing us down the street when we forgot our bag! I had a daily special, the seafood platter, which was super. The kids chicken and fish were made fresh and gobbled up by our kids. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Even though it's was very busy the day we went, the staff were very helpful and got us a table quickly. The food was delicious and the Guinness was amazing!!!

Not very clean. The food was fresh, delicious, and the plates were full. The service was so-so.

The oysters were delicious, and the seafood shrimp sauce was nice, spicy and sour. The steak was a bit tough, but the garlic butter sauce was delicious. The bar was quite crowded at lunch, but the space was spacious.

Excellent pub, authentic atmosphere, serving traditional local dishes of fish, meat, and desserts. The highlight is the Guinness, which pairs perfectly with the authentic flavors of locally sourced produce like salmon and oysters.

Today I had a delicious fish platter at Hamilton's Bar. A beautiful dish with salmon, shrimp, oysters, mussels, and mackerel.

We stopped here spontaneously for a bite to eat and were not disappointed. We both had delicious fish and chips.

Friendly service. Good mussels. Perhaps a nicer brown bread and some wine or cream in the mussels with a spoon...its nice to drink the soup at the bottom of the mussels.

We were lucky - the weather was stunning over the May bank holiday. The place was buzzing and the food and beer were superb. Can't fault the place. Plenty of passing motorbikes to watch and the scenery is outstanding!
