Lovely place good drink good food and very nice staff

Great food, great location! You order inside the restaurant but the service is at the table We ate very well, and drank excellent beer. The kitchen closes at 7:30 pm.

If you don’t stop here, you’re missing out. Nice and warm inside, welcoming, delicious homemade fresh food. Prawns and Burgers EXCELLENT!!!

In general, a good place with tasty dishes. Because it is a tourist spot and a lot of people pass by, I get the impression that they are not particularly stressed. It took us quite a while for a dish to arrive and they were not 'killed' right when you went inside to order, but that happens in such places. However, overall it was good.

A great traditional pub in Leenaun just south of the head of the fjiord; nice pint of Guinness and a half of the Zero too. The food was a tasty fish and chips and the goat cheese parcel with salad. If you are in a Motorhome or camper van you can park overnight opposite in the public carpark for free which comes with a great view over the waters of the fjord.

We were in a bit of a rush to catch the Killary Fjord boat ride, and I just wanted to note that the service was fantastic. They understood and accommodated our need to pay quickly and get takeaway boxes. I wish I had more time to enjoy the food because as I recall it was good. The atmosphere was probably ideal for someone who likes a loud, busy pub. Feeling stressed, it wasn't quite for me at the time, but I'm sure it's good at other times. Either way I recommend this place!

Lovely bar/restaurant in Leenaun village, food is great, staff are very friendly and helpful scenery is amazing outside well worth a stop if in the area.

Truly fantastic food and excellent service

Friendly service. Good mussels. Perhaps a nicer brown bread and some wine or cream in the mussels with a spoon...its nice to drink the soup at the bottom of the mussels.

We were lucky - the weather was stunning over the May bank holiday. The place was buzzing and the food and beer were superb. Can't fault the place. Plenty of passing motorbikes to watch and the scenery is outstanding!
