Food always good , never had any issue , guys taking food orders need to get a serious refreshment on customer service skills, 4 times I had to tell the I wanted stuffed crust on my pizza and still forgot it when repeating back the order , when I enquired about making an adjustment to my meal that was available on just eat over the phone the response I got was “order on just eat then” which I thought was very unprofessional. If you are not happy with taking orders please look at a different profession. :)

06/03/2026: I had a really great experience at The Terrace in UL, and I especially want to highlight the excellent service provided by Sarah, Tara and Harry. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They made sure everything was running smoothly and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything, all while keeping a warm and positive attitude. really went above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable. She was professional, efficient, and clearly cares about providing great customer service. It’s always refreshing to be served by someone who genuinely seems to enjoy their job and wants customers to have a good experience.
