From the very first moment, the restaurant conveys a remarkable sense of elegance and attention to detail. Every element seems thoughtfully designed to create a harmonious experience, but it is at the table where the true essence of the restaurant reveals itself: exceptional cuisine, beautifully balanced flavors, impeccable presentation, and service that perfectly matches the standards one would expect from an establishment of this caliber. A special mention must be made of Ms. Blondy, whose service was simply outstanding. Her elegance, warmth, and professionalism made me feel exceptionally well cared for throughout my visit. Being able to communicate with her in my own language was particularly meaningful, but what truly distinguished her service was her knowledge and sensitivity when recommending my dish. Her choice was absolutely impeccable and elevated the meal into a truly memorable culinary experience. There are restaurants where one simply enjoys a good meal, and then there are those rare establishments where every detail leaves a lasting impression. This restaurant undoubtedly belongs to the latter. A distinguished experience, memorable cuisine, and genuinely impeccable hospitality.
