Nice cafe to stop in if you're passing through Fermy

I used to like going here for breakfast even though tea/coffee is not included in the price. The menu has changed with beans & mushrooms removed from full Irish and toast is also a single slice. The price however remains the same. I questioned it and was told the these were the most wasted items on the breakfast so they were removed but price remained the same. This doesn't hold up to me as it's already paid for. I can order ten full Irish and choose not to eat any of it. Was also told the server should've said we can have more toast without extra charges, which they didn't and the full Irish also came with no sausages, how a place serves up two full Irish and no one noticed missing sausages, considering they're 5 items in the dish, sausages, rashers, egg (which was undercooked an dhad running egg white), black/white pudding and pointless, cheap, plate filling roasted potatoes. I wasn't buying the wasted item explanation and then was told it's raising costs which I didn't believe otherwise why try to explain it as waste first and then rising costs. Apart from this experience, the quality of the food is good, the service of OK, I find we have to get the attention of the many many wondering servers more time than they come to check on you. The atmosphere is more of a personal choice but to me the place is too loud and echos too much, the chairs are slightly too high for the tables. I would personally recommend Eds Cafe over Hannah's.

Always a great meal at Hannah’s and the service is fantastic. It’s a bright, clean little restaurant with excellent choices.

I just want to say that after a lovely visit to Hannas Fermoy & a tasty lunch. I thought it was immaculate & 3 people I have to mention, Danielle, Zoe & Mia. They were so accommodating & friendly & helpful. They made my experience with much better than usual. I would love to return if they were my serving staff again. Thanks, Conor

Finally got to visit for breakfast and we were not disappointed. Can see why there are queues out the door all day! We were lucky to be seated straight away as a table for 2 was available and other larger groups waiting. Beautiful interior and lovely layout. We got the Hanna's breakfast and Waffles with berry compote. Food was delicious, and service was great, friendly accommodating staff. Reasonably priced also. We also paid a visit to the deli for coffee and brownies to take away. Look forward to returning!
