Hard Boiled Egg Cafe in Cavan

Stopped off at this awesome cafe on the way through Cavan - massive selection of food.. anything we ordered was fresh, hot and tasty.. despite being very busy, the food came quickly. Really impressed with service - staff were very warm and friendly. This is a spot I'd highly recommend and have no hesitation stopping at again!

What a lovely place to eat. The food was fantastic. The decor was amazing. It gave a great atmosphere. And to top it off, the staff are absolute gems. The young man that served us was so polite, friendly and attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to eat out.

The food never fails to be great, but the lovely staff really make it worth a visit.

Good spot in Cavan for a fry up, staff very nice and helpful. Fry up was nice but slightly cold.

Great place for breakfast and lunch. Staff was friendly. Only downside is we went there during cold snap and the place was freezing

Have been dying to try this restaurant out, and while visiting the local hospital got to call in. One work .. Superb ! Staff very friendly, constantly roaming around the restaurant with brown bread and fab banana bread .. Lovely touch. I had the full Irish and it was cooked exactly how I asked for it. The wife had the poached Eggs and Boxty - We both loved what we got. Recently we have had a lot of disappointments while eating out, but not here - Even down to the playlist on the stereo ! This might sound silly, but it was a breath of fresh air not having to open 20 sachets of vinegar / brown sauce / Ketchup etc .. Old style squeezr bottles on the table ! :-) We will definitely be back. Thanks Hard Boiled egg !

This place was packed on our half way stop to Dublin port , we both had a breakfast and it was yummy and you could tell that thought had gone into the presentation, good service and fab atmosphere too.
